Cruise in comfort and style onboard the Five-star luxury-rated Jaz Minerva. This ship creates the perfect atmosphere and a comfortable home base to explore the same route the Pharos would have taken in their stately processions along the Nile from Luxor to Aswan. The Jaz Minerva offers luxurious cabins, mouth-watering cuisine and a variety of entrainment and recreation on board. You’ll never get bored or lack for something to keep you occupied, even if that’s just soaking up the rays on the enormous Sun deck that runs the entire length of the ship. This floating luxury hotel features a round-the-clock reception service as well as internet and international telephone facilities (charged against use) on board. The large and elegantly furnished restaurant can accommodate all passengers in one sitting, while the opulent lounge and bar will give the prefect area to relax or chat. Cool off in the Sun deck swimming pool or sip your favourite cocktail at the pool bar. Whatever you choose, there’s no better way to experience the sights and scenery of Egypt

Today there are more than 220 Nile cruisers on the Nile  between Luxor and Aswan,  various classes of 4 star, standard 5 star, and 5 star deluxe and imperial Ultra deluxe. If you choose to go on a Nile cruise for Nile tours, make sure that the cruise is taken as “all inclusive”, i.e. accommodation, sightseeing tours and transportation! Once you have completed the payment process, your booking reference number will appear on the screen and you will also receive an e-mail with the reservation status (confirmed or pending confirmation). You can also check the status of your booking online through My Bookings. You should receive the confirmation e-mail along with the hotel voucher within a few minutes, however it could take up to 24/48 hours from the time of purchase. Please note you must take a copy of the hotel voucher with you to the hotel.

The price includes the accomodation for the nights requested, meals as stated on your confirmation documents and taxes. Please note: Some cities charge an extra local tourism tax per person per night, this must be paid directly at the hotel. You will be notified if such tourism tax applies to your booking during the booking process, prior to completing your reservation. Some hotels may also ask for a deposit which will be returned upon departure.

You should contact the hotel directly (the telephone number can be found on the hotel voucher) to inform of your estimated time of arrival..

These indicate the board basis booked: - RO: Room only - BB: Bed & Breakfast - HB: Half Board (Breakfast and Dinner normally) - FB: Full Board (Beakfast, Lunch and Dinner) - AI: All Inclusive (all services of full board plus any others specified in each case) Drinks are not included in the prices unless expressly indicated by the hotel.

Hotels occasionally can't provide a promised room for several reasons: typically, either an unforeseen overbooking or having current guests stay longer than originally planned.  In most cases the hotel/supplier will inform us (prior to travel) that they are unable to confirm the booking.  In this case they will offer a similar hotel to the one you have booked usually in same area and category.  If this is not possible then an alternative of a similar/higher standard is offered.  The hotel /supplier must fulfill their obligations by arranging alternative accommodation for you and pay (or refund the expenses upon your return - it is imperative to keep proof of payment of taxi to qualify for a refund) for you to get there. If you arrive at your hotel and they inform you on the spot that the room you booked is not available, normal procedure is that if the hotel has availability in another room type of different specifications or higher standard they will offer you an upgrade at no extra cost.  If the hotel has no rooms at all available then alternative accommodation of same or higher standard will be offered usually in the same area. Your options are: Accept the offered alternative, or contact us for alternative accommodation, of a similar standard to that originally booked if available (if the chosen alternative is less expensive than your original one, we will refund the difference but if it is more expensive, you, the customer will pay the difference); or Cancellation of that booking only and refund of moneys paid against that booking only.

Yes, you must include all guests. Any individual staying at the hotel is considered a guest, regardless of their age. The hotel must be aware of all guests staying at the establisment at any given time, as some rooms do not have enough space for additonal beds and/or cots.

Some hotels offer airport transportation for their guests. To find out if your hotel offers this service, check the "hotel information" that appears on our website. Once you have your booking confirmation, you will need to contact the hotel directly before your arrival. Please note that a surcharge for shuttle service may apply.

The mortuary temple of Ramesses III is notable for its well-preserved (still colorful) decor and its depictions of the pharaoh’s defeat of the mysterious invaders known as the Sea Peoples. Temple of Hatshepsut

This incredible mortuary temple was designed by the architect Senemut for Hatshepsut, a powerful 18th Dynasty queen, who ruled Egypt as Pharaoh. The way this terraced temple harmonizes with its natural surroundings (massive limestone cliffs) is stunning, and inspired the work of Frank Lloyd Wright, among many other modern architects.
